Chartered Physiotherapist (Musculoskeletal)
MD Performance & Therapy is a dynamic, multidisciplinary health and performance centre based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo offering physiotherapy, strength & conditioning, and personal training services to both athletes and members of the general public across all age groups and abilities.

The Role We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis, with strong potential for the role to grow into a full-time position as demand increases.
You will work in the state-of-the-art Leisure Complex at Lough Lannagh in Castlebar, with access to a fully equipped modern gym and advanced performance technology to support the delivery of exceptional rehabilitation and comprehensive patient care.

The successful candidate will be expected to treat a varied musculoskeletal caseload including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, paediatric conditions and persistent pain presentations. The ideal candidate will be passionate, ambitious and eager to learn and develop as a practitioner.
Key Responsibilities ⬜️Assess and treat a varied caseload of musculoskeletal conditions, including (but not limited to) sports injuries, post-operative rehab, paediatric conditions, and persistent pain. ⬜️Collaborate with other medical, health and fitness professionals to ensure holistic, high-quality care. ⬜️Participate in in-house CPD sessions and mentorship activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
⬜️BSc or MSc Physiotherapy ⬜️CORU registration (or pending) and ISCP membership
⬜️Professional indemnity insurance
⬜️Minimum 6 months experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
⬜️Strong communication and interpersonal skills ⬜️Strong understanding of the theoretical principles of strength & conditioning and athletic development (highly desirable)
