• “When looking for a PT, Mark was suggested to me and from my first interaction with Mark I could tell he was enthusiastic and enjoyed the work he was providing. He was very understanding and encouraging. This was important to me as that first step of making the call can be the toughest. I would have never gone to a gym or known how to use the machines in the gym so this was all going to be new to me. In my case COVID arrived when I had just started training with Mark. However, he adapted to this and I was able to continue my sessions online which at first I wasn't sure would work as I had very little equipment but Mark worked around what I had and the sessions were still as good as in the gym. Since COVID has eased I'm back in the gym setting now and I look forward to every session. I've learnt so much in terms of form and the correct way to use the weights and machines. I am more confident walking into any gym now from what I've learnt over the two years with Mark.”

  • I made a physio appointment with Mark initially as I had some back issues. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional and I loved his holistic approach. It didnt occur to me that I needed to work on my mindset as much as I did on my physical body and Mark led me through the process so easily. After not exercising at all for 4 months, I am now back in the gym 3 days a week. The last time I was in the gym this often was pre-covid. I honestly couldnt have got to this point without Mark's guidance. We worked together to create a programme and appointment schedule that suited me and accountability was key in the process. I would highly recommend Mark. If you have a goal - he will get you there.
