Coaching Philosophy

Roisin approaches coaching with a long-term athlete development mindset, placing emphasis on consistency, intent, and a foundation built on movement quality. In addition to her work with athletes, Roisin is equally passionate about supporting members of the general population who are looking to move better, feel stronger, or simply build a more active lifestyle. Whether you’re returning to exercise, recovering from injury, or brand new to training, Roisin takes a supportive, individualised approach to help you build confidence and train with purpose. Her goal is to ensure each client - whether athlete or everyday mover - can train with purpose, resilience, and longevity.

She continues to strive for professional growth through constant learning, mentorship, and networking with top industry professionals. Her mission is to help all clients - from competitive athletes to first-time lifters - reach their greatest potential through smart, individualised training.

Personal interests

Outside of coaching, Roisin is passionate about all things performance and movement. In the past, she competed in basketball and camogie, now as a former Division 1 tennis player, she enjoys staying active through tennis!
